Customs & Import Charges
Customers living outside of the US may incur additional charges when the package arrives at the destination country. You may be liable for import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you reside in. Payment of these fees is necessary to release your order from customs. The grand total of your order as displayed on the checkout does not include any additional duties required.
Get Scrunched has no control over customs and other local taxes and we can't tell you exactly how much you will be charged as these taxes vary widely depending on the country you are situated in.

Shipping Time Estimates
Please be aware that all delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed by Get Scrunched or by the shipping company. The order processing time (to pick and pack your order) may also affect when you actually receive the product. If you need an item by a certain date, please order early to avoid disappointment.
Tracking Your Order
You should have gotten an order confirmation email when you placed your order. That email has a link to your personal Order Status page which has updated tracking information. If you haven't received such an email, please do not hesitate to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
My tracking says that my order was delivered, but it wasn't.
USPS "delivered date" is usually the cause of this confusion. USPS systems mark an order as "delivered" when the package is scanned at your local post office.
When it comes to Royal mail, they usually confuse your first order with the second and mark it as "delivered" or sometimes they simply take some time to update the tracking info.
Depending on the staffing at your local post office, your mailman might not be able to put the package in your mailbox that same day. So please allow 1-2 extra business days (depending on where you live) after the "delivered date" to receive the package. If you have not received it by then, please contact us at email@example.com
